Most of our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
There are modifications for every posture & props are available for support whenever you need it.
We are here to help you find the balance between effort & surrender- Regardless of your experience level, it is ALWAYS okay to take breaks during class.

9-10am PST Vinyasa Flow with Casey

10:30-11:30am PST Restorative Flow with Casey
Online & in-person
Restorative Flow offers longer holds in passive/restorative postures throughout a gentle flow practice. Incorporating gentle movements that stimulate the circulation of lymphatic fluid & blood flow while taking the time to get with the breath in more passive postures gives practitioners an opportunity to release tension & stress. This class is suitable for all levels.

Online & in-person
Build muscle and earn your Savasana! Bodyweight exercises emphasizing sustainability and safety. Rests are built in so that your mind can engage with your muscles. The biggest hurdle to fitness and muscle gain is injury. This class focuses on repeatable and sustainable ways to build muscle without injury.

7-8pm PST Hatha Yoga with Bett
Online & in-person
Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Vinyasa yoga syncs the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a little faster pace. In a vinyasa practice, you will remain in a fairly constant flow. With the combination of Hatha- Vinyasa, you can expect the practice to slow down from time to time throughout.

10:30am-11:45am PST Yin & Yoga Nidra with Casey
Online & in-person
Yin is a slow practice with longer holds in passive yoga postures. In a Yin practice we relax the muscles, using the aid of props if needed, giving the connective tissues (tendons and ligaments) an opportunity to take on the stretch. Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) is a form of meditation where the practitioner is guided into a state of deep surrender, bringing balance back to the sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems.

Advanced Belly Dance classes will all start with a yoga warm-up, a low impact dance work-out, belly dance moves along with choreography. Wear loose fitting clothes or aerobic gear.

Spinal Release Yoga (SRY..."shree") is a deceptively simple, deeply rejuvenating and restorative practice that utilizes props and precise angles to help resolve tension patterns in the body and mind. By slowing down and avoiding extreme angles, we shift our focus inward, giving ourselves space for a little magic to unfold.

Our Beginning Belly Dance classes will all start with a yoga warm-up, a low impact dance work-out and belly dance moves along with basic choreography. Wear loose fitting clothes or aerobic gear. All are welcome to join. No experience is necessary with Beginning Belly Dance. The moves are easy, forgiving and rewarding.
