We offer classes 7 days a week in person and online. Most of our classes are available online as well as in person. We have a wide variety of classes on the schedule Flow, Yin, Restorative, Dance, meditation.

Have one of our instructors come to your business! Finding the work/life balance can be tough. Having a break in the workday to center as a team boosts moral and productivity, creating a happier and healthier work environment for everyone!
Corporate sessions as low as
 $60/hr contracts negotiable

   
Yoga Inspired Life provides in-person services primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the East Bay/ Tri-Valley, Peninsula and parts of the North & South Bay.  Services outside our service area will be assessed an additional 50 cents per mile for travel. Unless otherwise agreed upon any additional fees, including travel fees,  will be assessed and collected during consultation. ​
