-General-
-Account Management/ Class sign ups-
-Private Sessions, Special Events, Corporate Sessions & Free Consultations-
-Covid-19 Procedures-
-Refund Policy & Right to Refuse Service-
- Yoga Inspired Life is a judgement-free zone. We encourage you to explore your entire self with love and compassion- including the tough stuff- in an environment that supports the unfolding of your true nature. This requires a supportive and non-judgmental environment. In order to create this safe space, all participants- including teachers- agree to treat everyone with the utmost respect. Discrimination & harassment will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form and may result in being banned from this community entirely.
- Whether taking in-studio classes or classes online, be sure to give yourself enough time to set up your space, sign in and be ready for class at the scheduled time. We suggest being ready in your practice space (whether in-home or in-studio)10-15 minutes before class begins. If you're running a little behind, take a breath. No need to stress out on your way to yoga. Sometimes we get there when we get there.
- Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot. If you're uncomfortable without socks, try to find socks with grip that won't come sliding off your feet.
- We don't want you to go hungry, but it's best not to eat for 2 hours prior to class. If you need to eat something be sure it's something light (like a piece of fruit, a cup of yogurt, etc.).
- Bring water to your practice space. Even if you're taking a mellow class, you'll want to be able to wet your whistle without the added distraction of having to step away from the mat.
- Speaking of distractions... Especially when taking classes online, you'll want to turn off notifications on your phone/computer/tablet so that you can create a sacred space for & truly connect to yourself through the practice.
- Easy does it! Whether you are new to the practice or a long-time practitioner- taking your first yoga class, or meditating for the hundredth time, we encourage you to take breaks as needed. Allow your body, your mind and your spirit to invite you deeper into the practice rather than forcing it upon yourself. Rome wasn't built in a day! We don't expect you (nor do we want you to expect yourself) to do anything that: hurts, goes against what you're comfortable with or is in any way, triggering for you. It is absolutely normal to experience emotional releases from time to time... or even EVERY time you practice. This is normal, and we fully understand. If anything comes up in class that doesn't work for you for any reason, it is absolutely OKAY to skip it, or ask the instructor for guidance. Practice makes progress- not perfection. Self compassion requires that we honor the balance between effort and surrender.

- We also ask that any time you are feeling under the weather you take one of our online classes rather than coming into the studio. Even If you have been tested for covid-19, there may be other students in class whose immune systems could be weakened by a common cold making them more susceptible to covid. Thank you for understanding.

What Our Students Are Saying"Casey is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had! She eases you into poses and makes sure you're thinking about your tiny inner movements to keep you in alignment and safe from injury. All that wonderful guidance and knowledge is presented in humor and I have found myself giggling throughout every class. My mother and I are very different fitness levels and we equally enjoy her classes. She is such a warm, bubbly person I can’t recommend her classes enough!"
-Andrea "Casey is my favorite yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She was my teacher when I initially started practicing yoga. I’ve had teachers that have made me feel like I should be able to do something that my body was not yet capable of, but Casey always made every pose so accessible. She gives you options for how to modify the pose, while also coming around to physically help you into the correct position, without it being too much too fast. She has such a cheerful, friendly, and open personality and is wonderful at making everyone feel welcome. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Casey as a yoga instructor." -Melissa "Working with Casey Silva!! One of my most favorite teachers. An old soul with a plethora of knowledge, and wisdom, that I aspire to" -Mary Anne |
